Delivery & returns
Delivery pricing
Container prices shown on the site exclude transport. Delivery is quoted per order based on your postcode, the unit size and the access at your site. Email us the product and the delivery address and we return a fully delivered total.
How containers arrive
Most 10ft to 20ft units are delivered by tilt-bed lorry, which slides the container onto level ground. 30ft, 40ft and 45ft units and all cabins are delivered on a flatbed and offloaded by crane or forklift, arranged either by us or by you.
Site access
Please allow clear access roughly twice the length of the container plus space for the lorry, a firm level surface, and no low cables or overhanging branches. If access is tight, tell us in advance — we can usually suggest a smaller unit or a crane lift.
Lead times
Stock units are typically dispatched within 3–10 working days. One-trip, modified and bespoke conversions are built to order and quoted with their own lead time at the point of order.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The unit must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original condition. Transport and handling costs are non-refundable. Customised or modified units are not eligible for return.
Payment
Orders are confirmed by email and settled by bank transfer before dispatch. You receive a written order confirmation listing the container, price, delivery cost and expected date.
